Many seniors in underserved communities lack access to regular medical checkups, affordable medication, and emotional support. Through this program, we bring compassionate healthcare directly to them restoring hope and ensuring no elder is left behind.
At Orebisi Adeyinka Heritage Empowerment Foundation (OAHEF), we believe that every elderly person deserves dignity, proper medical care, emotional support, and a sense of belonging. Yet, many senior citizens across our communities face neglect, poverty, and deteriorating health, especially in rural and underserved areas.
We’re here to change that.

The elderly are often forgotten in the rush of modern life. Many suffer in silence with:
These issues don’t just impact their quality of life; they affect entire communities. At OAHEF, we view elder care as public health, and we’re committed to giving our elders the care and attention they so rightly deserve.

Through our dedicated elderly medical outreach in Ilesa, we’ve provided free health screenings, consultations, and care to our senior citizens, restoring hope, health, and dignity.

Life-saving medications, freely given to those who need them most.

Providing food and small financial support to vulnerable elders—because dignity begins with basic needs.

We offer emotional support to widows and abandoned elders—because no one should age alone.
Let’s break the cycle of neglect. Let’s restore hope, health, and human dignity — one elder at a time.
Our Senior Care Medical Outreach offers routine medical screenings for conditions like high blood pressure, diabetes, arthritis, and heart-related issues that are common among older adults. These checkups help detect health challenges early, making treatment more effective and reducing preventable complications.
We provide free or subsidized medication to elders who cannot afford treatment. From chronic illness management (such as hypertension and diabetes drugs) to basic pain relief and vitamins, we ensure that seniors have continuous access to the medicines they need for healthier living.
Dedicated doctors, nurses, and pharmacists volunteer their expertise to deliver personalized medical care. This professional involvement guarantees accurate diagnoses, quality treatment, and ongoing monitoring of patients’ health needs.
Beyond medical aid, we focus on the emotional well-being of elders. Many live in isolation or have been abandoned, so we provide companionship, counseling, and group activities that promote mental health, restore dignity, and reduce loneliness.
Every elder deserves to age with dignity, good health, and hope. By supporting this outreach, you are helping to save lives, prevent avoidable diseases, and create stronger, healthier communities.
